Does DemKota Ranch Beef ship to all 50 states?

Yes, we proudly ship to all 50 states! However, please note the following details to ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Alaska Restrictions: Certain remote areas in Alaska are excluded due to limitations on frozen gel packs shipping.
  • No International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping, including to Canada.
  • Street Addresses Only: We require a physical street address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or package lockers.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. DemKota Ranch Beef is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Residential Preferred: While we can ship to business addresses, we recommend residential addresses to avoid potential delays, especially since many carriers don’t deliver to businesses on weekends.
  • Gated Communities: If your delivery is going to a gated community, be sure to include the gate code in the address line.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for restaurants or grocery stores?

How long will my products last?

All DemKota Ranch Beef orders are carefully packed to arrive frozen or partially frozen. Here’s how to handle your order once it arrives:

  • Freezer Storage: Products can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
  • If Thawed on Arrival: If your order arrives thawed but still cool to the touch, use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature.
  • Per USDA guidelines, beef held at 40°F or below is safe to store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
What happens if my order is delayed?

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to weather or other unexpected events beyond our control. While we can't guarantee delivery dates provided by our shipping partners, we do guarantee the quality and condition of your beef upon arrival.

What is your policy on cancellations, returns, or exchanges?

Because our products are perishable, DemKota Ranch Beef does not accept returns or exchanges.

How is your beef packaged for shipping?

Each cut is vacuum-sealed and packed with frozen gel packs in a sturdy insulated box. Our goal is to keep your beef cold and safe until it reaches your doorstep.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday. If you place your order after 12 PM Central on Wednesday, it will go out the following week. Once it ships, we will send you tracking info so you can follow your box every step of the way.

Can I send beef as a gift?

Yes. Just enter the recipient's name and shipping info at checkout. You can also include a gift note in the special instructions box. We will leave out the pricing details.

When animals are sick, they receive antibiotics to restore their health, similar to human care. Strict withdrawal periods ensure no antibiotics remain before processing. DemKota also follows rigorous testing standards to guarantee antibiotic residue-free beef.

Is your beef hormone-free?

DemKota follows USDA and FDA regulations for safe, effective hormone use. The USDA routinely tests for residues, ensuring our beef meets strict safety standards.

Is DemKota Only Black Angus?
