Shipping Methods
  • We ship via UPS only.
  • Orders ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states (no AK, HI, or U.S. territories).
  • No P.O. boxes accepted.
  • We do not currently offer scheduled delivery windows.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) and generally ship within 24 hours.
  • Delivery times vary based on UPS service levels and location.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
  • 2-day shipping is available on orders placed Monday – Wednesday.

Shipping Costs
  • Calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Additional charges may apply for oversized shipments. - 2 cooler sizes
Address Accuracy
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
  • Failed deliveries or returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
Damage or Loss
  • If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will assist in filing a claim with UPS.
Returns
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns.
