Shipping Methods
- We ship via UPS only.
- Orders ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states (no AK, HI, or U.S. territories).
- No P.O. boxes accepted.

We do not currently offer scheduled delivery windows.
Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) and generally ship within 24 hours.
- Delivery times vary based on UPS service levels and location.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
- 2-day shipping is available on orders placed Monday – Wednesday.

Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Additional charges may apply for oversized shipments. - 2 cooler sizes
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
- Failed deliveries or returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
- If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours with photos.
- We will assist in filing a claim with UPS.
Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns.
