How is my order shipped?
All DemKota beef ships frozen or chilled in insulated packaging with gel packs to guarantee freshness.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. To prevent weekend delays, shipping may be limited to Monday–Wednesday.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. only. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
What happens after my order ships?
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Please plan to retrieve your order promptly upon delivery — DemKota is not responsible for theft, spoilage, or delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Return Policy
Can I return my order?
No — due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your product arrives compromised in quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.
How are issues resolved?
Upon review, we may issue a store credit for the value of the affected product.
Do you guarantee freshness?
Yes. Every order is packed and shipped with the highest standards of quality and care — our beef is guaranteed fresh.
